                                        Workshop 4: Prioritization of Future Research Issues

Date: 9th and 10th January 2005

Location: Carpenter House, Bath

Objectives:

This workshop will achieve objectives 2 and 8.  

The outputs of each of the workshops will be discussed in the light of the greater cross-disciplinary understanding that has been reached.  

A prioritized agenda will be generated of research issues.  

The cluster will identify the means by which an advance in the state of the art will occur, by outlining how to develop new interdisciplinary theories of design, modelling approaches, methodologies and technological support(s).  

These research plans will provide the underpinning for effective responses to funding opportunities and the discussion and development of funded research projects.
