This course teaches the background needed for computer graphics, computer vision, computer music. You must have successfully completed CM10197 (Fundamentals of Computer Graphics), or some equivalent that has been approved by the director of studies in computer science - but also seek approval of the unit organiser.


The course has the following major components:

  4. Markov Chains

  5. Search and Optimisation
