Information for outgoing studentsWe have Socrates exchange agreements with the following institutions:
Information for incoming studentsThe current catalogue of computing units offered by the Department of Computer Science may be viewed at http://www.bath.ac.uk/catalogues/2002-2003/cm/cmcat.htm, while that for the whole University is available from http://www.bath.ac.uk/catalogues/2002-2003/contents-ug.htm. Home students normally take 10 modules (= 60 ECTS credits) per year, that is 5 modules per semester. Home students are permitted to take up to 2 modules from outside the Department in the final year, but visiting students may normally take units from anywhere in the University, although we expect the majority to be taken in Computer Science, and in any case the final choice is subject to the agreement of the Directors of Studies of the home and host institutions. Typically, an incoming student will take units at Level 3, although other levels may be appropriate depending on unit content and student background. Some units are shown with the level "Postgraduate": please note that it is departmental policy not to permit visiting students to attend units so marked. |
