Submission

Submissions should consist of a single unanonymised document of 2-6 pages in length, written in the English language. A minimum of 2 pages should be intended to address a general Computer Science audience. All submissions will need to be electronic, consisting of a single Microsoft Word or PDF file.

You will need to sign up for an EasyChair account using the link on the above page, before you will be able to log in and submit your paper.

Submissions may be styled in any major conference or journal format (e.g. IEEE, ACM, CHI, APA etc).

Your paper could outline either your research in general, or a specific result or study that you are conducting, or have finished. (Care must be taken with specific studies especially, that the first 2 pages minimum are accessible to the general audience).

Review Process

Papers will be reviewed by 3 referees. They will be 2 postgraduate students and 1 staff member within the Department of Computer Science. One student reviewer will be from within your research programme, and one will be from outside. Staff will be within your field or related. The intention is that feedback should be constructive, i.e. guiding the author in improving their work in the future.
